5 Africa-Based Interior Designers

Wherever you are based they are ways to support entrepreneurs, either by speaking about the founders to your friends, liking and sharing their posts, and eventually investing in them! At It’s a Wraap we absolutely love interior design - in fact, we believe in the Latin phrase “mens sana in corpore sano” but we twisted it tomente sana in corpore sano in domus sano” because we believe our home should always be our haven. So we decided to curate for you a couple of entrepreneurs based in Africa who are worth giving support to.

1. Mali: Haii Designs

Created by the wonderful Fatoumata, Haii Designs is a state-of-the-art agency based in Mali, Bamako. She works with craftsmen and craftswomen based in Mali. She recently launched her studio, which is a concept boutique where you can see her inspirations and be inspired. The studio is also available for hire, and can be used for meetings and co-working but get that, there’s also a whole spa including a jacuzzi! If you’re ever in the area you should definitely pay her a visit!
